ESG

ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance, and it refers to a set of criteria used to evaluate a company’s performance in these areas.

The three pillars are:

Environmental

This pillar focuses on the impact of a company’s operations on the natural environment, including factors such as greenhouse gas emissions, energy use, water and waste management, and biodiversity.

RB Fuels addresses the environmental aspects of ESG by ensuring that the production process is sustainable and does not harm the environment. This can include using sustainable feedstocks, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and minimizing water and land use.

Social

The social pillar refers to a company’s impact on people, including employees, customers, suppliers, and the communities where it operates. This includes issues such as human rights, labor practices, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement.

RB Fuels addresses the social aspects of ESG by ensuring that our production process is socially responsible and that it takes into account the needs and concerns of our employees and our local communities.

Governance

This pillar pertains to a company’s internal policies and practices, including how it is governed, its ethics and values, executive compensation, risk management, and transparency. This includes issues such as board independence, executive compensation, and transparency in financial reporting.

RB Fuels addresses the governance aspects of ESG by ensuring that our operations are transparent, ethical, and accountable. This includes having strong governance policies and procedures in place, being transparent about our operations, and being accountable to our stakeholders.
